Gluten free chocolate biscuits recipe

Add some delicious gluten free chocolate biscuits into your cookie jar for a marvelous treat. Make sure to hide it if you have little sticky fingers around!

Recipe:

Ingredients:

50 grams – Coconut Oil

20 grams – Cocoa Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda

100 grams – Green Banana Flour

100 grams – Sugar

30 grams – Syrup

2 Tablespoons – Water

 

Method:

1)    Preheat the oven to 190°C

2)    Put baking paper on a baking tray

3)    Mix all ingredients into a bowl

4)    Beat on medium speed for 5 minutes until it comes together as a dough, if it is too dry and crumbly add 1 tbsp more water until it forms a dough

5)     Divide dough into small balls (about a tsp of mixture per ball) and put on the baking paper on the baking tray

6)    Squish balls of dough down with a fork (if it sticks dip the fork into sugar)

7)    Bake in preheated oven for 10 - 12 minutes

8)    Take out of the oven and cool on a cooling rack.
