Gluten free fudge brownies recipe

Are you wanting to be healthy but still craving that chocolate? These gluten free chocolate brownies are the best snack after a long day and are super healthy. Made with green banana flour they strengthen your immune system and are easy to make and very delicious, with a simple recipe kids can follow!

Recipe:

Ingredients:

226 grams – Butter

150 grams – Castor Sugar

150 grams – Brown Sugar

3 Eggs

1 Egg Yolk

85 grams - Cocoa Powder

85 grams – Green Banana Flour

 

Method:

1)    Preheat oven to 180° C and grease 8”x8” pan

2)    Melt butter

3)    Add the melted butter to the sugars and beat well

4)    Add eggs and vanilla slowly while beating on high

5)    Add green banana flour, cocoa and beat well until combined

6)    Bake for 30 mins for a” fudgy” texture, longer for a firmer texture.
