Healthy oat biscuits recipe

The most delicious gluten free , dairy free, vegan and vegetarian biscuits! The healthy on-the-go snack.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

50 grams - Coconut Oil

50 grams - Oats

30 grams - Golden Syrup

2 tablespoons – Water  

100 grams – Green Banana Flour

100 grams- Brown Sugar

 

Method:

1)    Preheat the oven to 190° C

2)    Grease tray

3)    Mix all ingredients into a bowl

4)    Beat on medium speed for 5 minutes until it comes together as a dough, if it is too dry add 1tbsp more water

5)    Knead with hands on a lightly floured surface

6)    Cut the dough in half to make it more manageable

7)    Roll out one half of the dough to a desired thickness, about half a centimeter thick

8)    Cut dough with a cookie cutter

9)    Put onto a baking tray

10)   Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes

11)     Take out of the oven and cool on a cooling rack.
